  • Reconciliation of vendor A/C statement
  • Follow with Sales department for C form from customers
  • Issue of form-16 to vendors & employees
  • Issue of I-form to vendors
 
Treasury Management
  • Withdrawal of cash for petty cash expenses
  • Deposit cheques
  • Opening of new bank a/c for new joinees

Stock Verification
  • Physical verification of inventories (FG, RM, WIP & spares)
  • Support in various audits (statutory & tax)
 
 



JD FOR HVAC OPERATORS  –  3   –  Jhagadiya

  • Qualification: Diploma RFM or ITI RFM
  • Experience : Minimum 12 + Years
  • Target Industries: Only Pharmaceutical

 
 

  1. Minimum 12+ Years’ experience in HVAC ( Heating ventilation and Air conditioning) operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting on mechanical, electrical and instrumentation.
  2. Must have experience of operating the HVAC through BMS .
  3. Must have Knowledge on  trouble shooting of Kirloskar make chiller/ air cooled chiller & Water cooled chillers
  4. Must have knowledge on trouble shooting like Gas charging, Maintenance in Domestic AC.
  5. Must have knowledge on centrifugal pumps, drives, VFD & Soft starter.
  6. Must Have Knowledge on CNC qualification/ ISO room standards.
  7. Knowledge on Safety and GMP practices
  8. Must have knowledge on Preventive, demand maintenance through CMMS.

  • At project phase, allocation Process of Piping Materials, Electrical items, Structural Steel, cement, Instrumentation Materials & all the Materials are used in Construction site.
  • Capital Equipment’s purchase for projects as well as maintenance independently.
  • Engineering/Plant consumables purchase
  • Procurement of Laboratory chemicals and instruments.
  • Budgetary exercises.
  • Vendor development and management
  • Inventory control & management.
  • Import & Export activities.
  • Coordination with DGFT/EXIM/SEZ authorities.
  • MIS preparation & reporting
  • Ensure smooth operation of department by implementing company systems.
  • Well conversant with ERP systems.
  • Timely and cost effective support for indents.
  • ISO systems establishment and maintenance.
  • Time to time submission of datas for Audit of procurement activities.
  • Establish and maintain system documents
  • Knowledge of ERP system is must
